"The Gift of Life -- Eternal Life" (Psalm 111:1-10, John 6:51-58)

The songwriter penned: “Great is Thy faithfulness, O God my Father; There is no shadow of turning with Thee; Thou changest not, Thy compassions, they fail not; As Thou hast been, Thou forever will be. Great is Thy faithfulness! Great is Thy faithfulness! Morning by morning new mercies I see. All I have needed Thy hand hath provided; Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me! This is the “Gift of Life.” Then Jesus said, he is the “Bread of Life,” which is food for a hungry soul. It is eternal food which, when you eat it, satisfies the craving of your heart and opens your eyes to see that all else is imitation and second rate. This is “Eternal Life.”
