In Matthew (25:31-46) Jesus lays out the criterion (criteria) for what we should do as Christian. We should feed the Hungry, welcome the stranger, cloth the naked, visit those in prison and take care of the sick. i summary Jesus demands that we take care of each other no matter what, we all need to "check" ourselves! How are we doing with what Jesus demands of us!
